      Our Global Network Management team is responsible for all agreements and relationships with our medical providers. We work closely with providers to ensure our working relationship is as smooth as possible.

      If you need to authorise treatment or request confirmation of cover for authorisation of in-patient or day-patient treatment please:

      1. If the admission is more than 48 hours away, email us at
        ICMTmed.health@axa-ppp.co.uk and tell us the following customer information:

        • Member’s name
        • Membership number
        • Date of birth
        • Medical condition
        • Medical symptoms
        • Treatment plan
        • Admission date
        • Estimated length of stay
        • Estimated costs (if available)
         
      2. If the admission is within the next 48 hours, please call us on +44 (0) 1892 503 856 and select the option to speak with our Provider team. Please have the customer information listed above, ready. You'll receive a response from us within 2 working days from the date we receive your query.
      3. Typically, our customers pay and claim their outpatient costs. If we need to pay you directly for an outpatient claim and you need to authorise the treatment, please call us on +44 (0) 1892 503 856 .
      4. If treatment has already taken place, please email your invoice and a medical report to us at Medicalinvoices.health@axa-ppp.co.uk

      Sending invoices to us

      The quickest way to send your invoices to us is by email. Simply send each invoice in a separate PDF file to Medicalinvoices.health@axa-ppp.co.uk.

      We recommend sending your invoices to us on a regular basis; our Policy Handbooks stipulates that invoices must be submitted within 6 months to ensure we'll assess the invoice.

      When you send us an invoice, please ensure it's billed in line with our agreed price list, and include the following information:

      • Member’s name
      • Membership number
      • Claim number
      • Treatment dates

      Please ensure each invoice clearly states:

      • your bank details
      • whether we should pay you directly, or pay the Member directly

      Queries over invoices

      We aim to pay all invoices within 30 days from the date we receive them (providing you have given us all the supporting information such as claim forms, medical reports). If your invoice remains outstanding beyond 30 days, please:

      • Complete and return the ‘Aged Debt’ document
      • Our team will contact you within ten working days

      Please note, failure to complete the document in full may result in a further delay in your queries being looked into. To obtain a copy of the ‘Aged Debt’ document please email us at HASinternational.health@axa-ppp.co.uk with the subject line 'Aged Debt Template Request'.

      Missing remittance advice or explanation of benefits

      If you've received a payment from us and you don't know what it relates to, or if you don't already receive your remittances automatically via email each week, please email HASinternational.health@axa-ppp.co.uk so we can make sure this is activated for you.

      You should receive a response within 10 working days.
