Sending invoices to us
The quickest way to send your invoices to us is by email. Simply send each invoice in a separate PDF file to Medicalinvoices.email@example.com.
We recommend sending your invoices to us on a regular basis; our Policy Handbooks stipulates that invoices must be submitted within 6 months to ensure we'll assess the invoice.

Queries over invoices
We aim to pay all invoices within 30 days from the date we receive them (providing you have given us all the supporting information such as claim forms, medical reports). If your invoice remains outstanding beyond 30 days, please:

Missing remittance advice or explanation of benefits
