    • Customer Online

      Customer OnlineWith our online member portal, Customer Online, you’ll have quick access to your claims and benefit statements, as well as your policy documents and membership details. You can check whether you’re covered for particular treatments, submit claims and register to get your claims reimbursed electronically.

    • Evacuation and repatriation

      Evacuation and repatriation iconIn an emergency, you need to know that you can access the treatment you need, wherever you are. That’s why we include cover for evacuation and repatriation as standard on all of our policies. If you need immediate medical treatment that’s not available locally, we can organise for you to be evacuated to an appropriate facility that can provide the care you need.

    • Second opinion service

      Second opinion service iconIf you want the extra reassurance of a second opinion, we can arrange for a team of specialists to carry out an independent review of your diagnosis.

    • Personal case management service

      Personal case management serviceBeing diagnosed with an unusual, sensitive or complex condition can be extremely overwhelming. To help you when you need it most, our personal case management team provides one-to-one support from the moment you’re diagnosed. Plus, we’ve negotiated access to the world’s leading specialists, to help you find the best care for your condition.

      Health at Hand phone line iconOur 24/7 helpline, Health at Hand, means that you can get information and support from medical professionals, including nurses and counsellors at any time of the day or night.
