For over 40 years we’ve been protecting the healthcare needs of our members and we know that sometimes it can be unpredictable. That’s why all of our plans offer access to a number of support services:

Customer Online

With our online member portal, Customer Online, you’ll have quick access to your claims and benefit statements, as well as your policy documents and membership details. You can check whether you’re covered for particular treatments, submit claims and register to get your claims reimbursed electronically.

Evacuation and repatriation

In an emergency, you need to know that you can access the treatment you need, wherever you are. That’s why we include cover for evacuation and repatriation as standard on all of our policies. If you need immediate medical treatment that’s not available locally, we can organise for you to be evacuated to an appropriate facility that can provide the care you need.

Second opinion service

If you want the extra reassurance of a second opinion, we can arrange for a team of specialists to carry out an independent review of your diagnosis.

Personal case management service

Being diagnosed with an unusual, sensitive or complex condition can be extremely overwhelming. To help you when you need it most, our personal case management team provides one-to-one support from the moment you’re diagnosed. Plus, we’ve negotiated access to the world’s leading specialists, to help you find the best care for your condition.

Health at Hand phone line

Our 24/7 helpline, Health at Hand, means that you can get information and support from medical professionals, including nurses and counsellors at any time of the day or night. Our qualified professionals can provide the latest information on specific conditions, medicines and treatments.

Online health support

You can access support and information to help you make the most of your health every day. From hundreds of health factsheets to a selection of country guides, there’s information and tips for everyone on our Global Living Hub.
