So wherever you are, if you need emergency treatment that’s not available locally, we can organise for you to be evacuated to the nearest centre of medical excellence.

      Second opinion service iconIf you want a second medical opinion, we can put you in touch with a team of independent leading medical experts. They can review your diagnosis and treatment plan and we’ll pay for all eligible costs, including any new tests you need.

To help you when you need it most, our personal case management team provides one-to-one support from the moment you’re diagnosed. Plus, we’ve negotiated access to the world’s leading specialists, to help you find the best care for your condition.

      Customer OnlineWith our online member portal, Customer Online, you’ll have quick access to your claims and benefit statements, as well as your policy documents and membership details. You can check whether you’re covered for particular treatments, submit claims and register to get your claims reimbursed electronically.

      Health at Hand phone line iconOur 24/7 helpline means you can get information and support from qualified medical professionals, including nurses and counsellors at any time of the day or night. They’re ready to help whether you want to talk about a specific health worry, medication, treatment or simply need a little guidance and reassurance.
