As part of the Islands Health Plan, you’ll have access to our ‘Fast Track Appointments’ service for treatment you may need in the UK. Our team is here to make the process as simple as possible for you, just get in touch when you have an open referral from your GP and they can find a specialist who is experienced in your condition and book the appointment at a time that suits you.
We also know that emergencies can happen at any time of the day or night, which is why our personal advisers are here to help you, 24/7. If you’d rather send us a message online, check your policy documents or see if we’ve paid your claim, you can log into your personalised Customer Online portal to see all your important information, and get in touch.
But we think being a great health insurer is about more than just paying claims so, as a member of AXA PPP International, you’ll also be able to access our second opinion service. And, if you’ve been diagnosed with a complex or highly sensitive condition our Personal Case Management team can provide one-to-one support as well as a focused care plan and access to some of the world’s leading specialists.
