We’re continuing our efforts to cultivate a workplace where there’s no bias or discrimination, ensuring that every individual is paid and rewarded based on their role, skill and contribution to the company. Produced annually, the report demonstrates the difference in hourly earnings, for every job and level, between our male and female employees across our business in the UK. It also shares some of our upcoming plans and how we’re further developing our inclusive work environment to help close the gap at AXA Global Healthcare.
